The Grants Officer will be working within one of the two London based offices of this well known charity. You will be processing grants and donations and making sure they are allocated correctly, whilst ensuring that they are being spent as stated. This role will also offer the opportunity to become involved in upcoming key projects.

The key responsibilities of the Grants Officer will be to:
- process and track grant payments
- manage donations and to monitor donation spending
- report into donors, giving updates on their donations
- support the Grants & SPF Manager to help ensure the relevant information is access able to the fundraising team
- take ownership of two grants related projects
You will be working closely with the communications executive to gather information and workout the most efficient way to report the relevant information back to the donors and you will be taking the lead on this project.
The successful candidate will have experience working in an administrative role and a finance or fund raising background will be highly desire-able.
Ideally you will be degree educated with excellent inter-personal skills as you will be dealing with non-finance/grants stakeholders on a daily basis.
Exposure to Access Dimensions would be desirable, but not essential.
The successful Grants Officer will receive a salary of £28,000, plus excellent benefits including 27 days holiday, excellent access to training and a generous benefits package.
