Job description

A large Charity in Central London looking for a Part Time Pensions Adminstrator to join the team immediately.

Client Details

My client is a large Not for Profit organisation in Central London


  • To maintain appropriate policies, forms and other documentation for the smooth administration of the Group Flexible Retirement Plan (GFRP)

  • To draft communications to staff related to pension arrangements

  • To ensure that pension contributions are correctly deducted from members and paid to the pensions provider on a timely basis

  • To take responsibility for the monthly auto enrolment process and tri-annual re-enrolment process

  • To act as the key point of contact for staff on the pension arrangements and process pension changes requested by staff (e.g. increase to contribution rates)

  • To maintain accurate historical and current pensions and employment related data

  • To provide information on pensions and life assurance costs for budgeting and financial planning purposes

  • Keep abreast of any changes in pension legislation and advise management of the implications


  • Sound understanding of UK Pensions Legislation
  • Payroll administration
  • Relevant Pensions Qualification
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
