Job description

A Project Coordinator role working in the Facilities Management department. There are a number of outstanding actions following Fire Risk Assessments and it will be the post holders responsibility to close these actions help with the administration alongside the project.

Client Details

A large housing association located in Central London proving housing and support to thousands across the UK


The key responsibilities will be:

- Fire Risk Assessment

- General Administration

- Supporting facilities project team

- Liaising with stakeholders


The successful candidate will have:

- A background in housing

- A can-do attitude

- Experience in project work

- Experience working in the Fire Risk Assessment department
