Description

The Rent Accountant will be responsible for the following duties

• Maintaining the Rent Ledger
• Reviewing Service Charge actuals.
• Posting accruals and prepayments
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Supporting year end accounts

Profile

The successful Rent Accountant will have experience of Rent Accounting and ideally be studying towards ACCA/CIMA

Job Offer

A salary of between £35,000 and £40,000 plus benefits, a bonus and the chance of progression.
