We have an exciting opportunity for a Governance and Compliance Manager to join our Leadership team. This is a newly created position as the recent Covid crisis has necessitated the need for increased elevated focus and co-ordination in order to support the Trust with our aspirations for sustainable quality and growth.
This position will steer our highly respected and exciting charity to drive strategic Governance and Compliance, supporting the Board of Trustees to meet their governance obligations, whilst working with the Executive and Leadership Teams to embed organisational resilience. The role will implement and oversee robust systems and processes to manage our organisational compliance, ensuring good governance and continuous improvement in all aspects of the organisation.
You will be passionate about improvement and making a difference to the lives of disabled people.
This post is based in the East of England and with some homeworking.
