Job DescriptionA generalist HR Advisor role for a long-term, 15 month contract. A great opportunity for a generalist advisor to join a large HR team to progress and learn or continue their HR career in a great environment.
A large housing association with a large HR team with offices based in Central London.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for:
* managing recruitment campaigns
* looking after a patch of 100 staff and advising on HR policy
* supporting and leading on ER cases up to dismissal level
The HR Advisor will need to have a generalist background, having carried out a variety of HR activities.
You will need to have supported on complex ER cases and have confidence to be guided to lead on them.
You will have led your own recruitment campaigns from start to finish.
You will need to be highly organised and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The HR Advisor will receive a salary of £28,000-£30,000 (unqualified) and £30,000-£32,000 (qualified) pro rata for a 21 hour week. Days worked are negotiable. You will also receive a good benefits package. The contract is fixed term for 15 months.
