The Rose Vouchers for Fruit & Veg Project in Southwark has been successfully supporting families with young children to ensure fruit and vegetables are a part of their everyday diet since 2018. As we enter the seventh year of the project, we are now looking for a new member of staff to join the 1st Place Rose Voucher Project team and support our work in delivering the project, while measuring its wider impact on families. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience of working in a community setting and an understanding of impact and evaluation to take on a key role in the project, involving ongoing interaction with families and professionals.
Job Summary
As Rose Voucher Project Officer, you will be working alongside the Southwark Rose Voucher Project Lead to forward the development of the Rose Voucher Project in Southwark. Your key areas of responsibility will be registering new families onto the Rose Voucher Project, overseeing the two Rose Voucher distribution sessions which take place at both our centres, supported by our dedicated Rose Voucher volunteers, and coordinating and supporting the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the Project. You will also provide support to our network of other Rose Voucher distribution centres in Southwark to ensure they are working in a coordinated way and according to agreed processes.
You will be a motivated individual, with excellent written and communication skills, and proven experience of working in a community setting where service users are valued, listened to and respected. Previous experience working with and signposting families is essential to ensure that our Rose Voucher families are aware of the many services and activities available to support and increase their health and wellbeing. The Rose Vouchers Project is an integral part of the wider Family Hub team at 1st Place, so you will be working in a busy environment, with colleagues who are all as committed to providing a friendly service and positive experience for families as you are.

We are looking for a part time Membership Officer to work Monday - Wednesday. This is essentially a job share with our existing Membership Officer who works Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays. Together, they will lead on administrative support of our membership functions. Reporting to our Office and Events Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the administrative functions that support the smooth running and ongoing success of the organisation around membership.
This is an interesting and varied role that acts as a first 'point of contact’ for the people we work with (such as Member Institutions, Registrants and queries from members of the public), as well as managing the administrative aspect of memberships, such as setting up new Registrants on our CRM system. The role also involves longer term project work such as overseeing the CPD audit and improving and growing membership processes.

JOB PURPOSE
Magic Breakfast’s mission is to end child morning hunger in the UK now and for good. The Campaigns Team develops strategy, creates plans and manages campaigns on issues and policy to influence key stakeholders and build public support to create systemic change and eliminate child hunger for good.
We are looking for a Campaigns Officer to join our small team to support the Campaigns Manager design, deliver and evaluate integrated and impactful campaigns in support of Magic Breakfast’s policy and advocacy objectives, including the designing, resourcing and creation of meaningful actions to communicate key messages to decision-makers, the media, supporters and the public.
You will be joining our campaigning work at a crucial point as we aim to grow our campaigner base, mobilise more people and carry out strategic campaigns within the context of an approaching general election and beyond with the new government. Senior Youth Participation Officer

The post holder will coordinate and develop our new young people drop-in programme and additional youth action programmes, aimed at engaging local young people into the work of FYA. The successful candidate will oversee the development and delivery of the drop-in sessions, as well as deliver some youth led social action programmes. Key Duties:

This includes recruitment and onboarding of new staff, ensuring our policies represent best practice and that they are embedded in the culture of CUF, liaising with payroll, maintenance of the staff handbook, promoting personal development, ensuring our online HR software is used to its full capability, ensuring our appraisal process is robust and a range of other HR tasks.
The role will be key in our ambition to promote a positive working environment with good wellbeing and personal development opportunities for our team.
This role will also include other administrative tasks and project work to support our Senior Leadership Team.
