Pathway is looking to strengthen our small, dynamic core support team by recruiting a highly motivated Research and Data Analyst.
This is a new role based in our Operations Team and the successful candidate will work across the organisation but particularly with our Quality Improvement Support Team supporting our remote Pathway hospital teams working in the NHS, and with our Communications Officer.
Applicants need at least two years’ experience of working in health service research, quality improvement and/or statistics; demonstrable experience of database development, management and support; strong qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis skills and techniques; experience of successfully undertaking relevant, accurate and timely analysis; and an awareness of data protection regulations, research governance, patient confidentiality and consent.
