Payroll & Reward Co-ordinator - Maternity Cover up to 12 months

Contract : Fixed Term - Maternity Cover

Salary: £22,000 per annum

Full-time - 38 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our HR team at Outward. You will be responsible for providing a consistently high quality administrative service to the HR team and wider organisation. You will have overall ownership and lead on payroll administration and work with Finance colleagues to ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely each month. You will also be responsible for managing our staff benefits schemes such as long service, staff awards and the staff suggestion scheme.

You will be highly organised with a methodical approach to your work and possess the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work with little supervision. You will have excellent communication skills and be organised and thorough ensuring all payroll responsibilities are met in a timely and efficient manner. Your ability to demonstrate initiative will be crucial. As one of the first points of contacts in the team, you will have excellent customer service skills with demonstrable experience of managing and responding to queries whilst providing positive, solutions focused advice. You will have good verbal and written communication skills with strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word and Excel) are essential.

You will be familiar with all our Rewards & Benefits schemes and ensure they are promoted, administered and processed as appropriate.
