Your role will contribute to the Employment Support department. You will be the key contact for external enquiries and work closely with the Employment Support team to ensure the smooth running of client support and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the key contact for all client enquiries and refer to the appropriate member of the team
  • Coordinate, arrange and facilitate client and staff trainings
  • Maintain Pecan’s internal records and for external contractors
  • Work closely with the Employment Support team on agreed tasks

 


Key Requirements (specific skills, qualifications required):

  • Excellent IT skills, with a working knowledge of MS Office application and databases
  • An ability to meet deadlines whilst working under pressure
  • Highly organised, methodical and a good multitasker
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
     

Desirable knowledge/expertise

  • Experience of working with disadvantaged groups
  • Understanding of the charity sector
  • Experience coordinating and facilitating workshops or trainings
