As Fundraising and Partnerships Manager you will have the responsibility to maintain and grow our partnerships and fundraising with corporates, community and individuals.  You will be the key link for our external trusts and grant fundraiser and manage our Women’s Service fundraiser. We are looking for an experienced fundraiser with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain important partnerships, with a strong track record of generating income from diverse funding streams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with corporate supporters, community groups and potential high net-worth individuals
  • Develop digital fundraising output

 

Key Requirements (specific skills, qualifications required):

  • Engaging communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience of corporate, community, or individual fundraising
  • Experience of digital fundraising campaigns
  • Competent in the use of fundraising CRM system(s)
  • Proven ability to meet fundraising targets

 

Desirable knowledge/expertise

  • Experience of working with disadvantaged groups
  • Lived experience of issues faced by Pecan service users
  • An understanding of marketing and design
