Applications are invited for the post of Senior Tutor’s Assistant. The post holder will play a central role in the work of the Tutorial Office, providing administrative support to the Senior Tutor in all aspects of academic, welfare and other student-related provision of the College.

This is a full time, permanent position, 36.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
The salary for the position is £34,804 (USS point 43) rising to £35,845 (USS point 44) after 12 months (subject to satisfactory performance).
Based within the busy Tutorial Department, the post holder will interact with a wide range of College staff and Fellows to support the arrival, integration, academic progression, assessment and wellbeing of our students.
The successful applicant will have strong organisational and communication skills, and be able to demonstrate sensitivity, confidentiality and pragmatism in dealing with a wide range of people from varying backgrounds. Recent experience of working in similar or related environments would be extremely beneficial.
