Our next Chief Executive will work with the Executive Management Team and the Board of Trustees to shape our future plans, delivering sustainable growth and quality for our business model. The ability to engage our staff, external partners, the people we support and their loved ones in these plans is critical to success.
You will be a strategic leader in a people-focused organisation, and you will be passionate about championing the safeguarding and involvement of the people we support throughout the organisation, and in society. You will be a great listener and a skilled influencer with the ability to quickly identify opportunities, overcome barriers and challenge the status quo to achieve our mission.
You will have a track record of working with a wide range of stakeholders, developing effective networks and partnerships: with commissioners, funders, campaigners and beyond. Commercial and financial acumen will be essential. The capability to apply these with an attitude to risk management that gives momentum to retaining and developing new business is a key component. We are looking for a Chief Executive who has led in environments that need to adapt quickly to change while balancing compassion with operational effectiveness.
