World Vision UK are recruiting a Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager to join their growing team as they embark on a new chapter of high-value fundraising. For this exciting newly created role we are seeking a trust and foundations fundraisers who will execute a well-researched and supported strategy leading to high value multi-year support.

The Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager will play a critical role in managing existing and generating new relationships and opportunities to significantly grow Trust and Foundation income.
This senior role sits in the newly formed Strategic Partnerships Directorate which brings the opportunity to create and deliver new models of philanthropic funding working alongside the Philanthropy, Strategic Church and Christian Partnerships, Corporate and New Business, Impact Partnerships, and Programme and Policy teams.
This externally facing role is responsible for generating and managing new high value relationships with Trusts and Foundations with a personal portfolio comprising £1m+ donors and prospects. In this role you will make a vital contribution to the team’s objective to bring about transformative change for children by unlocking income and raising the profile of World Vision through strategic partnerships. The postholder will also work with the Head of Philanthropy on strategic planning, team and individual key performance indicators (KPIs), and high-priority team activities.
The role will join an ambitious Strategic Partnerships Directorate bringing excellent relationship building abilities, strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion to support the world’s most vulnerable children.
