About the role
Coram’s Fundraising Team raises funds for the charity – the Individual Giving team has responsibility for supporter care, customer service and donor administration and managing our supporter database. Coram has been growing its investment in Individual Giving for a number of years, has a loyal and very generous supporter base and an ambition to see this grow and develop further by embracing new ideas. The team has an exciting future and this role will play a key part in its success.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Individual Giving team and support the development and growth of the programme. The role will involve developing engaging content to communicate the importance and impact of our work, inspiring existing and new supporters to commit to long term support of the charity. This will involve printed media but also increasingly digital media as we look to widen the reach of our communications and messaging. It will also require excellent supporter care/donor retention skills to ensure that we make sure we maintain our donors support over the long term and experience working with databases, ideally Raiser’s Edge. The role is a great next step for someone in fundraising wishing to develop their fundraising skills further in direct marketing.

* This role is not a donor-facing role but sits within the newly created Partnerships and Philanthropy Operations team that provides the back-of-house systems, processes, content and support to enable donor-facing colleagues to operate efficiently and effectively.

Role Summary
This position provides key support for the policy and research functions of the charity, in addition to collaborating on campaigns and public affairs work. You will be responsible for carrying out primary research relevant to the charity’s policy and research functions. • Preparing the annual report and accounts for submission to the Charity Commission to be independently examined alongside the Chair and the Bookkeeper.
Management of the Buildings
• Overseeing relationship with Landlords and tenancy agreements
• Managing Centre Manager to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
Partnerships & Representing the organisation
• Represent Ark-T as a leader in arts for improved mental health and wellbeing, driving change, particularly diversity and inclusion through influencing and contributing to the key meetings.
• Maintaining relationships and strategic partnership agreements with OX4 Food Crew Alliance, Oxford Community Action, Donnington Doorstep, Safe! and Waste2Taste.
Communications
• Overseeing the marketing and communications for Ark-T.

including the publication of an organisational wide impact report in 2024.

About the role:
This fundraiser will work closely with the Heads of Departments and academics in the Departments of Psychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences. The post will focus primarily on funding for research, academic posts, scholarships and infrastructure related to Neuroscience which includes Mental Health and neurological disease (e.g. Motor Neurone Disease, Dementia, Parkinson’s, Stroke and Epilepsy). Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. MAP is the leading UK charity delivering health and medical care to those worst affected by conflict, occupation and displacement, in the occupied Palestinian territory, including Gaza, and Lebanon.

Purpose of role
The purpose of this role within MAP is to build a high-performing fundraising and marketing team in the UK, and in new international markets, to drive and stabilise significantly increased fundraising performance across a range of income streams. Leadership

Chief Executive Officer
●Hours of work: 37 Hours per week plus occasional evening events
●Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (plus 5% employer pension contribution) dependent upon qualifications and experience.
●Holiday: 25 days plus 8 public and bank holidays.

Motivation – we are looking for a candidate who wants to commit to a medium to long-term career in a Chief Executive Officer role and continue to grow and evolve the organisation.
Innovation and an appetite for growth – the candidate must have an appetite to continually seek development and growth opportunities, whether through securing funding locally or nationally, social enterprise or through partnership working.
