Job description

The role

Pharmacist Support – the pharmacy profession’s independent charity – is looking to recruit a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly motivated part time Office Administrator to support us as we embark on delivery of our exciting new five-year strategy.

As Office Administrator you will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective office systems and providing administrative support to ensure efficient delivery of Pharmacist Supports operations. You will liaise closely with service providers, suppliers and stakeholders and coordinate the delivery of events and training.

What we’re looking for

We are seeking an experienced, organised and efficient administrator with excellent attention to detail, able to quickly pick up new systems and procedures, and prioritise and juggle competing priorities and requests. We are looking for someone who has experience of co-ordinating training or events, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person with a positive attitude, seeking a flexible part time role, to work as a key member of our friendly, small but busy charity team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality standards of work and possess an enthusiastic, positive and organised approach to work, then we would love to hear from you.
