Part time Administrator to the Philadelphia Association
The Philadelphia Association (PA) is looking for a part-time Administrator to join a
current job-share post. We are a small friendly north London charity based in Hampstead.
You must be a proficient and skilled Administrator with excellent experience and
knowledge of all MS Office applications and Xero finance system (desirable –
Xero training available). You should be able to work independently on your
own initiative with confidence and responsibility, whilst also collaborating closely and
flexibly with your job-share partner. You will provide an efficient and seamless
service to the charity’s members, students, council and trustees and ensure the
smooth running of the building and room bookings. Excellent communication skills

Your normal working hours will be 20 hours per week over 2.5 days, with at least 15 hours on-site at our office located at Marty’s Yard, Hampstead High St.
