Job description

The interim Executive Director will provide leadership and direction to Phoenix Art Space, working closely with the staff team, Co-chairs and Trustees to support the organisation to maintain its high level of operations. This will include overseeing the smooth running of the charity as well as providing strategic advice for the organisation’s creative and financial future.

We are looking for someone with significant experience of working in an arts organisation that is funded by Arts Council England, trusts and foundations and other private and public funders. This role will manage key stakeholder relationships integral to Phoenix Art Space’s continued success and ability to sustain its support of artists and the communities we serve.
