Job description

Phoenix Futures is a pioneering charity dedicated to helping individuals, families and communities recover from drug and alcohol problems. Phoenix offers a wide range of vital services across the UK, including prison and community-based recovery services, residential rehabilitation, and housing services.

In this exciting role you will make a difference to the lives of our service users and the wider society by supporting our services to maintain the highest quality standards.

If you are an experienced manager within substance misuse or associated sector with understanding of quality assurance and passion to make a positive impact, then join us!  

Our experienced team are committed to safety, continuous improvement, and excellence in service user experience and outcomes. We will enable you to put your experience and knowledge to best effect and actively support your learning and development.

In this role you will have an opportunity to drive our culture of quality and continuous improvement. Working with teams across the charity you will have the opportunity to lead on a number of work streams including auditing, regulatory compliance, complex case support, and policy development. You will also provide support and guidance to frontline colleagues regarding operational procedures, safeguarding, incidents, and investigations

This role has the flexibility of being home-based or being based at our central office in Elephant and Castle in London. You will have an opportunity to travel to services around the country.
