In this role you will have an opportunity to drive our culture of quality and continuous improvement. Working with teams across the charity you will have the opportunity to lead on a number of work streams including auditing, regulatory compliance, complex case support, and policy development. You will also provide support and guidance to frontline colleagues regarding operational procedures, safeguarding, incidents, and investigations
This role has the flexibility of being home-based or being based at our central office in Elephant and Castle in London. You will have an opportunity to travel to services around the country.
