Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a six month temporary position with Phoenix Futures’ Recovery through Nature (RtN) to work delivering both our North Lanarkshire and Glasgow programmes. The position will be for 6 months from appointment (but may be extended), and will be 30 hours per week.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic working with our Service User group, and can evidence experience of delivering programmes in an outdoor environment. You will be required to hold an outdoor first aid qualification, a driving licence enabling you to drive mini-buses, possess excellent communication and IT skills and the ability to co-ordinate the day to day running of Recovery through Nature groups.

You will possess a sound knowledge of Health and safety, risk assessing and the ability to deal with client issues that may arise whilst working outdoors. This is predominately a lone working role.  An understanding of substance misuse issues would be beneficial.
