Job description

Phoenix Futures is looking to recruit a passionate and solution focussed Senior Young Persons Recovery Worker for our HYPE service in partnership with CNWL. As a Senior Worker, you will lead and drive the YP service within the Borough, have line management responsibilities alongside holding a caseload of young persons. You will develop and deliver educational awareness in YP settings; ie, schools, colleges, though workshops, assemblies and will be confident in building and maintaining relationships with external partnership agencies in order to fully support the client through their recovery. 

As an individual, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, can work on their own initiative, but more importantly, as part of a team. You will need good communication and organisational skills. Successful candidates will be dynamic and forward thinking with keen insight into preventative and early intervention methods. The ideal candidate will have experience of line management, safeguarding and working with young people presenting with substance, alcohol and associated issues.
