Pilgrims’ Friend Society (PFS) helps older people live fulfilled lives as God intended. We are a leading Christian provider of residential care and housing for older people and through our 15 schemes we care for and support people and we share with churches what we have learned about being with older people to encourage their ministries with older people.
We are planning to grow, and the Director of Marketing and Communications will lead our work to communicate the vision and purpose of the charity, to raise the profile of our homes and housing schemes nationally, to keep occupancy high, and to raise the donations and social investment needed to deliver our plans.
You will also direct and support our work to tell our story locally so that our schemes recruit more supporters and volunteers and deepen their involvement with us. This increased profile will also lead to more enquiries from people interested in our housing and residential care schemes.
The post holder will manage the charity’s communications, website, social media, print media etc that support the marketing of our homes and schemes.
