Job description

Pilotlight is a dynamic, fast-growing social enterprise with establishes bases in Central London and Edinburgh, which uses the skills of the business sector to help charities and social enterprises be more effective. Through a managed process of coaching and mentoring by teams of our business professionals (Pilotlighters), we help our charities and social enterprises to develop their strategic knowhow, strengthen their organisations and, ultimately, increase their impact. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in social purpose, who is target-driven and ambitious. You will have a track record of business development, cultivating relationships and meeting significant new-income targets.

This is a tremendous opportunity to be part of our strategic growth. You will be working as part of a talented, friendly team, benefit from a full induction and be involved in all aspects of our work.
