Pilotlight is an award-winning, dynamic charity with bases in London and Edinburgh that transforms the lives of disadvantaged people in the UK by offering charities and social enterprises access to the strategic business support they need to become more effective and sustainable. We are currently supporting 60 UK charities tackling problems such as homelessness, youth unemployment, domestic abuse, and many more. Through a managed process of coaching and mentoring by teams of our business members (Pilotlighters), we help our charities to develop their strategic knowhow, strengthen their organisations and, ultimately, increase their impact.
The Project Manager acts as a facilitator and administrator, supporting and guiding the Pilotlighters and charities through our programmes. We are looking for a confident, effective communicator with excellent organisational skills, and client-facing experience.
