We are growing, grow with us.
Pilotlight is a dynamic, fast-growing social enterprise with establishes bases in Central London and Edinburgh, which uses the skills of the business sector to help charities and social enterprises be more effective. Through a managed process of coaching and mentoring by teams of our business professionals (Pilotlighters), we help our charities and social enterprises to develop their strategic knowhow, strengthen their organisations and, ultimately, increase their impact. We are currently supporting over 150 charities and social enterprises – working on a diverse set of issues such as homelessness, domestic violence, mental health, education and youth work and support services for the elderly - using the skills of over 500 Pilotlighters.
We are looking for a Regional Partnerships Manager responsible for creating new partnerships with businesses in Edinburgh and Glasgow, which will enable us to support a greater number of charities in Scotland. Whilst being an exceptional ambassador of our work, you will look for new opportunities and partnerships to maximise the number of Pilotlighters who participate in our programmes.
Working closely with our Senior Project Manager in Scotland, you will be involved in all aspects of our work, including profile-raising activities, deepening relationships with charities and meeting key stakeholders. You will need to be a self-starter and be willing to travel to meetings in Glasgow and Edinburgh regularly. You will be innovative, target driven and ambitious. We are looking for someone who has a track record of developing key relationships and meeting significant new-income targets.
This is a tremendous opportunity to be part of our strategic growth. You will be working as part of a talented, dedicated, friendly team, targeting relevant opportunities and driving growth through existing networks.
Pilotlight is committed to an equal opportunities policy.
Please note we can only respond to shortlisted candidates.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
