Opportunity to join one of the biggest and most-loved global charity brands, to lead them in developing new transformational partnerships.

About the role

Joining a £5m corporate partnerships team with 6-7 figure long-term partnerships with the likes of AstraZeneca, the Chelsea Foundation, Credit Suisse and the Costa Foundation, you will lead the team focused on new business development.

You will refine and implement a strategy to find prospective partners focused on four key thematic areas; education, sexual and reproductive health and rights, youth economic empowerment and disasters and emergency.

Job description

  • Develop £500k+ transformational corporate partnerships with global companies
  • Personally develop a pipeline of large-scale opportunities and begin engaging them with a view to securing partnerships in late 2022/2023
  • Manage two members of staff who will develop smaller, quicker-win partnerships
  • Improve the current business development strategy

Person specification

  • Significant new business experience and is looking to bring it to a girls’ rights charity (no previous international development experience is necessary)
  • Innovative mindset and can think quickly about what a prospect’s best fit may be from an array of programmes
  • Keen to develop large, transformational partnerships, even ones which may take 18-24 months to come to fruition
