The Opportunity

This role is a part of the International Headquarters (known as the Global Hub) Finance team and reports to the Senior Finance Business Partner. This role will assist with all aspects of management and financial reporting which supports the effective operation of the global organisation and in particular, the intercompany process.

  • Intercompany transaction processing and reconciliations;
  • Maintaining GH Fixed Asset Register;
  • Assisting with aspects of management and financial reporting


The Individual

We are looking for an individual who has previously worked in a finance role and is keen to learn more and progress. Within this role, you will be responsible for maintain the Global hub asset register, delivering the intercompany process and reconciliation of the central IT recharge, and assisting with the intercompany process and reconciliation of intercompany balances. In addition, you will work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner in assisting with data cleansing work in preparation for new systems, and will help with reporting on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Ideally, you will have a recognised accountancy qualification, will be working towards one, or will be qualified by experience. In addition, if you have previously worked with SAP finance modules, this would be advantageous.


Location: Global Hub, Woking, Surrey.

Type of Role: Fixed Term contract until September 2020

Salary: £23,120 - £28,900
