The Global Influencing and Partnerships (GIP) Department is responsible for Plan International’s external relations, communications, policy and advocacy functions. Within this department, the Global Partnerships Team (GPT) is the unit responsible for leading and supporting the cultivation, building and nurturing of strategic relationships and alliances with a wide range of stakeholders including private sector, foundations & trusts, the United Nations, international financing institutions, multi-stakeholder coalitions, Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and academia. We are looking for someone who can help develop and scape up key strategic partnership opportunities to strengthen our position as the leading girls’ rights organisation.
You will be responsible for conducting research and market analysis on partnership opportunities and trends, and for maintaining strong relationships with Plan Offices and technical networks. The key to succeeding in this role will be the ability to support the development corporate partnerships so as to engage the private sector to create innovative and strategic partnerships combining expertise and resources for maximum impact. To do this, you will have the ability to confidently communicate with multiple stakeholders, be able to learn how our organisation works quickly, and have demonstrable project management skills.
Location: Global Hub, Woking (25 minute train from London Waterloo)

Reports to: Head of Business Development
Salary: £30,734 - £36,000 (depending on experience)
