The Opportunity

Programme Y.O.D.A. (Your Organisations Data Analytics) is an organisational programme which will help Plan International be more data-driven and transparent, enabling us to deliver our global strategy in a more sustainable way. As the Programme YODA Change Coordinator, you will support the programme, projects and business teams in the delivery of the programme. This will involve communicating with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, as well as coordinating with external suppliers and contractors who provide services to the team.

In this role you will provide a high level of coordination and administrative support, including supporting the team in creating and developing documents and engagement presentations and resources. You will also gather, analyse and present change management metrics so that agreed-upon outcomes are successfully delivered

 

The Individual

We are looking to recruit a proactive and creative individual who has exceptional administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and communicate a range of projects and tasks. You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and a good eye for accuracy and have experience of working with stakeholders at senior managerial levels.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to work. The ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales as part of a dynamic and fast-paced team, as well as be process-oriented and customer-focussed. You will need to show initiative and creative ideas for ways to develop and improve presentations, short videos and other visual media.

 

Location: Global Hub, Woking, UK. We are currently working from home due to Covid-19 restrictions

Type of Role: Fixed-Term until Sep 2021

Reports to: GH Change Partner – Programme YODA

Salary: circa £27,000 per annum
