About the role
Plan International is working to transform how we operate so that we can deliver better outcomes for girls. This includes a range of organisational projects to ensure that our core operations enable and support our work. Sitting within the Risk & Insurance Team of the Governance Department, your role of Risk Project Advisor is to provide support to the function as it delivers such organisational projects, including driving the implementation phase of the Incident Management Project
In order to fulfil the requirements of this role we are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of leading a complex project or initiative, this will include strong project or programme management skills, including identification and mitigation of risks and issues.
You will need to have relatable experience in applying principles of learning facilitation in different learning contexts, as well as astute problem solving and the ability to find pragmatic solutions.
With outstanding spoken and written communication skills, including representing information visually, with fluency in English with the ability to work in French or Spanish an added advantage.
You will need to have a keen eye for detail, and feel comfortable in a highly diverse environment, adaptable, flexible and able to cope with changing priorities.
Location: Flexible location, in most locations where Plan International has a legal entity and you have the pre-existing right to live and work. Remote working will be applicable for this role
