Finance Manager Jobs
As part of the Getting Help team, you will provide social and practical support to adults with common mental health problems in a range of settings across Heywood, Middleton & Rochdale (HMR). This includes assessment and support planning, and community outreach. Typically, Community Engagement Workers support people who are on the waiting list for or who are engaging in Talking Therapy. The Getting Help team works in partnership with HMR Talking Therapies delivered by the Big Life Group and Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.

About the role

If so, we have a Programme Lead role within the Movement Effectiveness team at JRF. The main purpose of this role is to design and deliver projects that help create the conditions for deeper collaboration within social justice movements by supporting Charity CEOs, senior leaders, policy makers, and frontline activists to critically reflect on their respective roles in building and sustaining the movement ecosystem and how they work with each other.
About you
You will be a changemaker that knows how to develop and sustain collaborative partnerships and relationships across different sectors. You will have a strong understanding of one or more of the different set of methodologies needed for transformative change such as; community organising, narrative power, storytelling or/and organisational resilience.
Above all we are looking for someone who is politically astute, a generous and confident networker that can work with senior leaders, policy makers as well as grassroots organisations. As the Programme Lead you will be highly organised and have a track record in creating thoughtful content and delivering high quality work in this field.

This role is part of the Devon Domestic Abuse Service which provides support to high and medium risk victims of domestic abuse and their families.
This exciting new specialist role of Housing IDVA is designed to support victims of Domestic Abuse to remain safe in their own accommodation or secure suitable new housing.
The main tasks for this role include:
- Managing a caseload of high risk victims, providing specialist support around housing.
- Acting as a link person between the local authority housing teams, our Domestic Abuse services in Devon, supported accommodation and refuges.
- Offering dedicated support to victims in Places of Safety.
- Providing specialist training and professional consultancy to partner agencies.
This is a 2-year contract with the potential to extend or be made permanent, subject to funding.
