Prisoners Abroad is a unique welfare and human rights charity providing advice and support to people affected by overseas imprisonment. We help people during their incarceration, when they return to the UK and need resettlement services, and we also support their family and friends throughout the trauma.
We are looking for a friendly, can-do candidate to support the work of the Service Delivery team, who provide vital help to people desperately isolated and in need.
You will lead on all key office administration and maintenance and provide administrative support and assistance to the Service Delivery Team, helping them to deliver and develop services to prisoners, their families and resettlement service users.
We need a fantastic communicator, who works well as part of team and can use their initiative to get tasks done.
We offer 30 days’ annual leave a year and a 6.5% employer contributory pension. We are ‘usually’ based in a purpose-built, light and airy office that is located a 3-minute walk from Finsbury Park Station (zone 2) which is 10 minutes from Oxford Circus and serviced by the Overground, Victoria & Piccadilly lines.
