HR Shared Services Manager (Transformation Change)

- Do you have HR Shared Services Experience?
- Are you an experienced change expert?
- Do you have payroll experience?

If so, our Client may be interested in speaking with you?
- Shared Services Management including coaching, and development of the team
- Ensure Hr policies, procedures and advice is provided in a timely way meeting internal SLA's
- Operational Management including leading on change projects
- Support and develop the roll out of transformation project work including a new Oracle ERP system
- Lead on all audits both internal and external
- Payroll oversee all payroll processes
- Ownership of the HR and payroll Oracle system
- Leading and devising the payroll strategy
- Strong experience of OD and transformation
- Strong HR Shared Services experience
- Knowledge of payroll managing a gross risk of £100 million
- Knowledge of tax policy, tax regulations and employment regulations
- Advanced HR Operations experience including ER, policy and procedures and projects
- Advanced HR systems knowledge ideally Oracle
- Public sector/NFP experience would be preferred
