- Do you have experience of managing training programmes, including carrying out training needs analysis, developing and delivering training and the evaluation processes?
- Do you have an understanding of VLE management, administration and maintenance in an organisational environment as well as Experience of using a VLE to deliver training and in supporting others in course delivery?
- Do you have excellent IT skills in a range of programmes e.g. MS Office suite, business information systems. Knowledge of specialist and bespoke systems e.g. CRMs.?
If so, a charity may be interested in talking to you. You will manage, develop and deliver IT training. This will include working with Managers, subject specialists and other key stakeholders to identify training needs and devise appropriate solutions and delivery methods. You will be responsible for the overall management and development of the Virtual Learning Environment ensuring courses and content are produced to a high standard and the system is fully maintained.
