Purpose of Post
The Fundraising Partnerships Manager will be responsible for securing and account managing national corporate partnerships, and national trusts and foundations to help air ambulance charities save even more lives across the UK.

- Support new business development, identifying and securing new national partnerships and grants in collaboration with the air ambulance community.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- To provide exceptional account management to ensure partners meet agreed income and engagement targets and other key objectives.
- Develop and deliver robust national partnership plans, maximise income generation and provide strategic direction to maximise growth within each account.
- Generate income from national partners - including employee fundraising, sponsorship, and cause related marketing.
- To deliver a calendar of key corporate fundraising events, promoting campaigns to national partners and building engagement with them and their audiences.
- To attend partnership meetings, communicate and deliver presentations to staff at all levels.
- Manage and organise the production of compelling materials for bespoke campaigns and ensure AAUK’s campaigns are integrated into national partnership plans with a particular focus on Air Ambulance Week.
Development Activities
- Support national pipeline research and development for partnerships and grants.
- Through strategic research, identify and prioritise potential national trust and foundations (in collaboration with air ambulance charity members), with the ability to give significant grants through partnership working.
- Creation and development of national fundraising proposals and stewardship reports, applying a creative approach where possible.
- Create engaging assets for applications and compelling pitches, delivering pitch presentations virtually and in person.
- Lead on research and applications for agreed national prospects, building long-term relationships with key contacts at prospective partners.
- Work with air ambulance charity members to identify projects and opportunities for national funding from trusts and foundations.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Global Grants and Engagement Manager is responsible for managing the Grants Programme of ProVeg International and leading the activities and staff within the ProVeg International Grants team. You will ensure the global grantmaking of ProVeg International aligns with its mission and goals, while also engaging with key players in the global plant-based movement, and raising funds for the Grants programme and other movement-building activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Grants Programme :

Team-lead for ProVeg Grants team, including direct line management of Grants Programme Manager.

Oversee quarterly grantmaking process, including reviewing and evaluating proposals, and providing recommendations aligned with ProVeg International’s grantmaking criteria.

Ensure that all grantmaking is aligned and approved by all decision makers, including CEO, funder network, and Board Members.

Oversee the team to ensure that all grants admin is fulfilled, including due diligence, and payment processing aligned with US regulations; accurately tracked grant records; queries are responded to timely, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as nonprofit management, international development, communications, or related field). Master's degree preferred.

Proven track record of successfully securing grants from diverse funding sources.

About
The post-holder will provide effective professional guidance, advice, signposting and sensitive support to residents who are experiencing welfare difficulties of a non-academic nature affecting their ability to learn and maintain a health daily lifestyle.
The role will support individual residents, working in partnership with other departments and colleagues to establish reasonable and effective methods of support or adjustments for residents in situations of difficulty or with challenging circumstances.
Working alongside other department managers, the Resident Welfare Officer will signpost and recommend both internal and external specialist services and treatment providers where necessary. Where appropriate, the Resident Welfare Officer will work directly with residents to limit the impact a problem could have on a residents wellbeing, undertaking individual case work. This role does not directly itself provide specialist practitioner support or clinically qualified treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, advice, support and signposting to residents, responding to and independently resolving a range of welfare queries and issues, within agreed boundaries.
- Provide a non-judgemental, effective and respected service to residents, some of whom may be experiencing challenging situations and require specific advice and support.
- Assess the complexity and risk involved in individual resident cases, referring to the COO or other department managers.
- Provide appropriate short-term support in the event of a resident reporting a serious welfare incident, violence, a hate crime and/or risk of radicalisation.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key contacts across other professional services, as well as external bodies, support groups and professional services, to support own work, including individual resident casework and organised activities
- Monitor Chapel and classroom attendance and where necessary identify and address areas of concern. Oversee the pastoral care, delivered by Mattersey staff, and make any necessary responses to identified areas of concern.
- Promote support services to Mattersey Hall staff to raise awareness of potentially vulnerable residents and encourage and support staff in referral techniques.Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems outside own area, such as developing solutions to welfare related issues that extend across other Green Pastures partnerships.
- Ensue that accurate records, letters and documentation for individual resident are kept.onitor relevant information data and liaise with academic and professional services colleagues to proactively identify and engage those students who appear to be at risk of disengaging with and/or failing in their activities at Mattersey Hall.

What is Screen Share?
Screen Share is a grassroots refugee charity which provides laptops, phones, tablets, data, digital skills to refugees and asylum seekers in the UK. We use the power of volunteering to turn discarded tech into good quality techical tools for refugees to improve their situation on their own terms. We are now launching a laptop refurbishment training programme for refugees in London and are looking for someone to run it and provide ad-hoc technical support to our team of volunteer laptop refurbishers!

The postholder will have experience of at least Level 2 laptop repair and an interest in upskilling others in basic laptop refurbishment

The Role

Identify, research and approach prospective contacts in order to cultivate relationships and generate new funds.
Prepare interim and final reports to funders in a timely fashion and manage ongoing relationships.

The Candidate
A strong track record of submitting high quality fundraising bids and securing multiple five and ideakky six fugure bids.
Good knowledge of Trusts & Foundations funding, timescales and reporting requirements.
