Due to the retirement of our current CEO, we are looking for an inspirational and resilient leader with the confidence and skills to lead and motivate our dedicated teams across two Independant Approved Premises (IAP) based in Leeds.
Progress to Change is a Leeds based charity which owns and runs two Independent Approved Premises. Our women’s hostel can accommodate up to 22 residents and our men’s hostel up to 25. Our services operate alongside the Probation Service Approved Premises and provide public protection, rehabilitation, monitoring and enhanced supervision.
As CEO of our Charity you will need to be a strategist, relationship builder and visionary.
The successful candidate will be required to liaise with and influence a number of external agencies including negotiating with the Ministry of Justice on contract matters and fostering positive relationships with our partner organisations and other AP’s, whilst ensuring that key performance indicators are met.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the rehabilitation of offenders and has the desire to work alongside our teams to create a positive and supportive environment for our residents.
