- To coordinate the sub-contracting relationship with the supporting provider in Edgbaston to achieve NNS outcomes.
- Produce quarterly monitoring reports for commissioning officers
- Create and implement an effective marketing plan to promote the project.
- To manage the process of maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all activities and ensuring internal and external reporting requirements are met.
- To develop partnerships with key stakeholders such as Health & Social Care Workers and other voluntary sector organisations.
- To represent Age UK Birmingham at strategic partnership meetings.
- To attend and participate actively in all Operations and Management Team Meetings as and when required.

About You

- Experience of people management

You will then continually champion the needs and expectations of our audiences in the development of new journeys and activities, working as part of other transformational programmes to deliver a first-class experience for our audiences.
You’ll also be providing clear and practical support to steer teams to work in a more audience-centered way and your approach will be based on data-led insights, making use of a suite of exciting new tools and audience analysis we have recently undertaken.

This role will support two key College projects; the Global Health Workforce Project for 3 days a week and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) replacement project for 2 days a week.
For the Global Health Workforce Project you will be responsible for the RCPath’s overall project management and delivery obligations as lead partner. You will act in a supporting role to carry out CRM project administration and support the CRM Project Manager on operational tasks. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager and working closely with two counterparts as well as collaboratively with the wider Brand and Marketing team, you will develop, deliver and evaluate multi-channel brand campaigns ensuring Sue Ryder objectives are met and integration opportunities are maximised across the charity.
About You
You will have excellent demonstrable experience in a similar role, managing marketing campaigns and activity from briefing to final delivery and evaluation. With first rate communication and interpersonal skills you’ll be adept at working with people at all levels. As our ideal candidate, you’ll bring with you solid experience of marketing in a healthcare setting and an understanding of the structure of the NHS. You’ll be a confident copywriter with a keen attention to detail and strong presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with in-house and external designers to deliver marketing activities and campaigns.
• Work with the support of the Senior Marketing Manager for Brand & Healthcare - and other Marketing and Communications colleagues where appropriate - to plan, develop and deliver brand engagement campaigns, and B2B (commissioners/referring or partner healthcare professionals) and B2C (service users or current and prospective healthcare colleagues) marketing plans for Sue Ryder’s end of life and bereavement services and healthcare staff recruitment and retention.
• Lead on the account management of our Brand Tracking tool and reporting against our brand measures to the wider organisation.
• Support the planning and management of the integrated multidisciplinary working group for brand campaigns, which includes colleagues from PR, Digital, Influencing, Internal Comms, Fundraising, Supporter Care, Retail and Volunteering to mobilise and motivate all corners of the organisation to maximise campaign moments. Lead cross- team project working groups or work closely with the Senior Planning Communications Manager as part of a wider working group as appropriate.

Head of Lotteries and Gaming
The Head of Lotteries and Gaming will lead the charities Lotteries and Gaming team which has the goal of generating and inspiring support from both new and existing supporters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear vision and strategy to deliver sustainable income growth within the Lotteries and Gaming channel.
- Drive and oversee all day-to-day activity around lotteries and gaming, ensuring campaigns are effectively coordinated and that broader teams are enabled to support delivery
- Proactively find ways to increase the impact of the Lottery and Raffle income streams by developing and testing new approaches to player recruitment, retention and engagement
- Take ownership of and oversee day-to-day lottery administration processes
- Working with the Head of Supporter Services ensure an exceptional welcome experience for new supporters and work collaboratively to ensure that ongoing processes for thanking are effective
- Manage external suppliers ensuring that expected quality and service levels are maintained whilst cultivating a culture of a mutually beneficial partnership.
- Supported by the Executive Director of Individual Giving and Lotteries ensure compliance of the KSS lottery activities against the charities Gambling Commission license conditions
- Ensure that the operations of the entire income stream, including those delivered by external parties, adhere to guidance and legislation set out by associated regulatory bodies. This includes but is not limited to the Gambling Commission, Charity Commission, Fundraising Regulator and Chartered Institute of Fundraising best practice guidelines
- Partner with colleagues within the broader Income Generation and Marketing and Communications Teams to ensure consistency of the charity’s brand and message within the department’s activities.
About you:
- Experience of delivering income growth within Individual Giving through prize led fundraising, whilst delivering excellent service to all donors.
- Practical experience collecting and using data to monitor campaigns and make evidence-based recommendations
- Experience of using databases to input, update and extract supporter or customer data
- Experience of leading and managing teams, and motivating, and developing team members.
- Demonstrable knowledge of implementing successful Lotteries and Gaming strategies, processes and campaigns.

Community Action Redbridge is a local infrastructure organisation working to support strong and resilient communities where people lead happy, healthy and fulfilling lives. We are a small, friendly team based in central Ilford - just 20 minutes by train from Liverpool Street station.
The healthy communities programme aims to find new ways to promote health and address inequalities in Redbridge using community development and health creation practice.
Over the past year, our team of outreach workers and community development practitioners have engaged over 4,000 residents, helping local people build and share knowledge about health, encouraging people to take control over their wellbeing, and exploring what can improve health and wellbeing in Redbridge.
Through our activities, we have identified two communities in the borough experiencing significant inequity – the Roma community and people living in Loxford ward – along with key priority areas for developing community action initiatives.
Programme Overview 2024 - 2025
Over the next year, we will work alongside local people from the identified communities to build on their strengths and take action for improved health and wellbeing. We will achieve this by supporting local people to establish a monthly community network to:

Discuss issues and agree collective priorities,

Share ideas and problem-solve issues, and

Take practical action towards realising the future they want to see.
Through this network, we will share information about local services, groups, and activities, and offer training and support for local people to upskill and take the lead with confidence.
We will also lead the development of a Loxford neighbourhood forum where residents, community groups, voluntary sector, health (e.g., GP practices), education and social care services can come together to make connections, work together on what matters to local people, and address health and wellbeing needs in the area.
Finally, we have been re-commissioned by the Public Health department of Redbridge Council to continue delivering our TB Awareness project, raising awareness amongst communities who are at high risk of TB.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of projects within the Healthy Communities Programme, which includes overseeing the team and providing support for community action initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the power of community, with experience supporting inclusive community development and participation to drive change. You will also need to have project management experience and a commitment to the learning and development of yourself and those you manage.

The HIV Peer Support Network Manager is responsible for managing an innovative, comprehensive peer support network for people living with HIV (PLWH) across eight HIV clinics in Southeast and Southwest London.
The job will involve overseeing and coordinating the peer support network, liaising with funders and partner organisations. You will also support our five peer mentors and liaise with our clinical partners and deliver some frontline support yourself. The postholder will also initiate a quarterly peer support network steering group, convened with METRO’s Head of HIV Services and representatives from each of our clinical partners.
Programme
The Fast-Track HIV Cities London initiative funds this programme of work. It is part of a collaborative piece of work between several HIV voluntary sector agencies, and NHS trusts in London, aiming to support PLWH to better engage in their health and care.
The partner trusts include, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Croydon Health Services NHS Trust, Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Epson and St Helier University Hospital and Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust.
The team provides services to a wide variety of clients of intersectional identities, with emphasis on those with under-served needs.
Our target groups include those who have complex needs and poor adherence to medication in diverse populations, including those from LGBTQ+ backgrounds, as well as those with Black African, Afro-Caribbean, Latin American, or Easter European heritage.
Role
Working closely with METRO’s Head of HIV Services, you will expand on our current peer mentoring offer and establish an innovative model for a peer support network across several NHS Trusts, where you will embed METRO’s peer mentoring best practice service and provide a bridge between clinicians and patients.
