Carers Trust is currently recruiting for a Programme Officer to join the Wales Team supporting the delivery of a critical programme improving access to services and grants for unpaid carers who are experiencing financial hardship due to the cost-of-living crisis and ongoing impact of Covid.
This role is an opportunity to be part of an important programme supporting unpaid carers across Wales. Funded by Welsh Government, the Carers Support Fund Wales aims to reach 15,000 unpaid carers in Wales by 31 March 2025.

The role
The digital team at Breast Cancer Now are leading a transformation in how we present our information and services to people affected by breast cancer. We are looking for a digital project manager who will be responsible for the delivery, tracking and communication associated with a number of key cross orgnanisational projects. The role will support with the Head of Digital Transformation in driving and tracking program delivery and ensuring that solutions can be adopted quickly and effectively by the organisation. The role will require travelling in the local area covering Manchester and also the West Midlands and occassional travel to Scope's head office in London. The role also offers remote working around meetings and workshops.

- Planning and delivering engaging and informative energy support workshops within local communities, tailoring content to meet the diverse needs of attendees.
- Providing one-to-one support to individuals requiring more in-depth assistance, including conducting home energy assessments and offering tailored advice.

- Developing and distributing educational materials on energy saving, bill management, and the benefits of renewable energy sources.

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of energy sector developments, including changes in legislation, available grants, and best practices in energy conservation.

This role will be part of a core delivery team leading the charity through discovery and implementation of the system.
Responsibilities of our CRM Project Manager:
The CRM Project Manager will work closely with the wider CRM Project team and will be responsible for providing comprehensive project management for the delivery of a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. This role will require ownership from concept through to implementation and evaluation. The role will also be responsible for managing supplier relationships, comms, reporting, budgets, and ultimately tracking the realisation of business benefits.
What we’re looking for in our CRM Project Manager:
- Previous CRM project delivery and implementation experience is essential (MS Dynamics preferred)
- Experience in CRM project planning and resourcing
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practice, processes and software
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working
- An influential and persuasive communicator with the ability to communicate with people at all levels within the organisation
