Job description

Youth Futures Foundation is a new organisation that has been set up with £90m of dormant assets to help young people furthest from the employment market into meaningful work.

As an ambitious and independent organisation, the Foundation will collaborate with the youth sector, business, young people and the public sector to support more young people into meaningful employment by identifying and championing what works in order to deliver profound and lasting change.

Board Members

We are looking for three Board Members to provide governance of high quality and rigour whilst having the ambition to deliver real impact. New Board Members will support the Board, CEO and senior team by offering expertise in key areas.

You'll be willing to make a strategic contribution as a key member of the board and bring a background in one of the following areas; Youth sector funders & providers, access to employer communities, or grassroots youth engagement.

Most importantly, you will share our commitment to achieving lasting, positive change for young people.
