Our client, one of London's leading international exam boards and independent education charities is currently looking to recruit a Business Development Assistant to provide administrative support to the marketing and communications team.
As the organisation's Business Development Assistant, you will provide support to the wider team assisting in the progression and delivery of all marketing campaigns and business development work for the organisation's testing centres. You will have responsibility for diary management, travel arrangements and events management as well as assisting the centres with any marketing materials/collateral requests and movement of resources. You will also ensure the marketing directory is kept up to date along with collating data for a range of key monthly reports.
The successful candidate will have previous professional administration experience in a similar role along with exceptional IT skills. You will have an enthusiastic approach to working with the ability to be proactive and act with initiative. You will also have the confidence to communicate with a variety of people across the board, prioritise competing deadlines and comprehend complex situations quickly together with great communication and organisation skills.
