Prospectus is delighted to be working with Diabetes UK to recruit a Campaign Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract, who will develop, plan and deliver a new consent capture campaign in relation to Special Category Data collection. The role is essential in ensuring they continue to operate in a compliant manner and can communicate with, support and engage our valued customers in the years to come.
Diabetes UK is motivated, experienced and extremely passionate about helping people affected by diabetes. They have been fighting for people with diabetes for more than 80 years and changed millions of lives thanks to the new treatments, technology and policy changes they have been behind.
Please note, this job is office-based or fully remote (which amends the salary within the banding stated).
As Campaign Manager you will take the lead on the campaign from end to end, collaborating with key stakeholders across the organisation to deliver a range of tailored communications to supporters using the most appropriate channels for a successful outcome. You'll use insight and data to guide decision making and take a flexible 'test and learn' approach to ensure we're reaching our customers effectively at every stage of the campaign. You'll keep stakeholders informed throughout the campaign and deliver a full evaluation and set of learnings on completion.
This role would suit someone with previous experience of individual giving, campaigning or consent campaigns in a fundraising environment. You'll have a good understanding of data compliance and optimisation and be comfortable working with - and understanding - large volumes of data and using this as the basis for decision making. You'll ideally have experience of developing and delivering direct marketing campaigns across channels and managing data to segment audiences and tailor your approach. You'll have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong working relationships across the organisation to drive this critical work forward.
