FBB supports young people from disadvantaged backgrounds who are passionate about football but disengaged at school in order to help them finish school with the skills and grades to make a successful transition into adulthood. We do this by providing long-term, intensive support, built around relationships and young people’s passions, in the classroom and beyond. There are thousands of young people who are passionate about football but are not fulfilling their potential at school. We work with over 1,000 young people each week who are passionate about football across London, Essex and the North West. We work across a range of schools in both a mainstream setting and in specialist provisions, with a focus on Key Stage 3.
FBB is one of the UK’s fastest growing social sector organisations. As an ambitious, expanding and dynamic organisation we are seeking a highly credible and engaged senior leader to support our motivated and collaborative board. This individual will work with the Co-CEOs to lead the organisation through a period of increased impact and growth.
You will bring experience of serving on high performing boards, significant strategic leadership and enjoy an ambassadorial role with senior stakeholders.
