Prospectus is excited to be supporting London's Air Ambulance in their search for a new Community Fundraising Administrator. This is an opportunity for an organised, strong communicator to start developing their career as a community fundraiser alongside a collaborative and supportive team. The organisation delivers an advanced trauma team to critically injured people in London. This is an excellent time to join the charity as they undergo a positive period of income growth.
This role will deliver office-based support to those fundraising in their communities and coordinate fundraising materials, provide thanks to our supporters and be responsible for recording information in an organised and compliant way. The role will involve responding to all fundraising enquiries and requests by phone and/or email and maintain accurate records of donations, supporter information and any other date relating to fundraising.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate clearly and concisely both in writing and verbally. The position requires excellent IT skills; specifically Microsoft Office. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who works proactively and is eager to develop his or her skills.
