Prospectus is enthusiastic to be working on behalf of a compelling environmental organisation to support their search for a Contracts Manager.

Reporting to the Legal Adviser, the Contracts Manager will work with a friendly group of colleagues at all levels across the London office to draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts (including service agreements, consultancy agreements, MOUs, NDAs, sponsorship agreements and membership agreements). The post holder will also be required to assist and to support the Legal Adviser with other tasks such as the completion of a data protection framework and other initiatives.
