The Sick Children's Trust are a national charity that gives families with a seriously ill child in hospital a warm and comfortable place to stay. Not only does this ensure families are able to stay together during this difficult time, but they also have support and someone to talk to free of charge just minutes from their child's bedside.
As the Corporate New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building new and exciting partnerships with a range of UK companies that are keen to support the charities amazing work. Focusing on forming mutually beneficial corporate partnerships that are worth £50k+ per annum, this is an opportunity to diversify your corporate portfolio and implement your own ideas into business development. Working closely with the Head of Fundraising, the Corporate Account Manager and the Marcomms team, you will have excellent support when creating and pitching compelling partnership opportunities to corporate businesses.
To be successful as the Corporate New Business Development Manager, you will have proven experience of securing new business within a charity setting and have knowledge of corporate fundraising. You will also be confident in preparing and pitching corporate proposals, and understand how to utilise the resources around you to successfully form mutually beneficial partnerships. You will be an excellent communicator who is comfortable working towards and achieving income targets.
This is a permanent position that can be either full-time or part-time and will be based in their London offices 1-2 days per week with the rest of the time homeworking.
