Job description

Prospectus is proud to be partnering with Central London YMCA, the world's founding YMCA and the UK's leading health, fitness and education charity. With a rich history dating back to 1844, Central London YMCA works to empower and enrich people's lives through a variety of creative, impactful programmes. They are now recruiting for a dynamic Course Sales Advisor, to work as an integral part of the YMCAfit commercial sales team, maximising personal training and fitness qualification course sales to a variety of customers.

Reporting up to the Sales and Call Centre Manager, as Course Sales Advisor you will work as part of a small tight-knit team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, maximising course sales and ensuring that all student administration is completed accurately. Providing support for students/customers will be fundamental for this role; you will provide accurate and engaging information relating to the CORE sales programme both over the phone and online, thereby contributing to the overall learning success of each student. You will also carry out various administrative duties, ensuring that all sales processes are understood and delivered efficiently and in a timely manner, in accordance with the sales department's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

To be successful for this role, you will be an efficient, results-driven team-player with demonstrable experience of working in a target-driven environment. A background in sales/telesales, or equivalent experience is essential. You will be self-motivated, proficient in using Word and Excel and possess excellent verbal communication skills with an ability to present to groups or potential students/customers. You will be comfortable working flexibly, and have an ability to work to deadlines. Due to the nature of the role, having an outgoing and friendly demeanour is essential. A passion for the fitness industry is desirable.
