Our client, a private university with a highly cosmopolitan community, are recruiting for a CRM Enrolment Advisor to support them in this busy time. The post-holder will support the Recruitment and Admissions team to follow up leads for new students using the lead capture tool. This will be working on a full-time basis (35 hours per week), looking to run until the end of November to start as soon as possible. The post will be a combination of office based (3 days) and remote working (2 days).
In this role you will be responsible for calling leads in the CRM and transforming hot leads into applications using the QAS screen.
- Previous experience in a call centre
- Experience of meeting call targets, ideally including sales
- A second language would be advantageous, although not essential
To be considered for this role you will have previous working experience of working in a similar post within a call centre environment, with outbound calls, and be used to meeting targets. The role requires a good eye for detail and strong communication and negotiating skills.
This is a temporary role, so you will need to be available immediately in order to be considered and able to commit to the duration until the end of November. You will need to be set up for home working, with laptop/PC and good WIFI connection.
