Our client, a world class institution recognised as London's global university, is currently seeking to recruit a CRM Marketing Communications Manager to contribute to strategic and proactive communications and marketing activity for the organisation.
As the organisation's CRM Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for leading on the CRM for the university's central communications department, covering multiple audiences form prospective and current students to internal staff members. The post holder will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for the intelligent use of CRM within the organisation's communication and marketing journeys. Taking an audience and results led approach, the CRM Marketing Communications Manager will look to improve the targeting and relevance of university communications, together with developing a streamlined programme of data influenced testing and optimisation. You will be a focal point of contact for colleagues within the organisation, providing advice to faculties and departments to improve engagement rates.
To be considered, you will be a proven professional with demonstrable experience of shaping and implementing successful CRM marketing strategies. Together with extensive experience of direct and digital marketing, you will also have a strong background in creating, managing and analysing complex communication journeys via email automation and CRM platforms. With exceptional communication skills, you will have the ability to manage complex projects in a large, de-centralised organisation. The ability to establish and build excellent relationships is essential to this post, as is previous line management experience.
