Our client, one of the world's leading business schools, is currently seeking a CRM Marketing Executive to play a key role in the development and delivery of the school's marketing strategy.
As the organisation's CRM Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for designing and executing digital communications campaigns using a variety of skills, including copywriting, campaign and content planning and CRM management and segmentation. You will play a lead role in delivering high quality digital communications, focusing on targeting high-calibre prospective students to help support brand awareness and long-term engagement. Working closely with the marketing manager, you will review and refine the current strategy around email marketing together with implementing the strategy. Being the CRM Marketing Executive, you will be the focal point of liaison for internal customers and stakeholders, providing an efficient and impactful service.
To be considered for the role, you will be a proven professional with substantial experience in a similar role, ideally within a higher education institution. You will have experience of CRM databases, particularly managing large data sets for segmentation, along with experience of using web, email and social media analytics tools. You will also have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, along with the confidence to deal with a variety of people and prioritise competing deadlines. Exceptional communication and organisational skills, together with good working knowledge of MS Office packages, are essential to this post.
