A highly impactful not for profit is seeking a quality driven Database Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis! This vacancy is in response to the organisation steadily increasing their donor and supporter base.

The Database Administrator will be responsible for ensuring data is accurate and kept up to date, while also supporting the ongoing development of the CRM (Salesforce). You will maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing sensitive and personal data, acting confidentially at all times while also ensuring that best practice standards are adhered to. Additionally, you will assist the Office Administrator with tasks as and when required.

It is essential that you have some prior experience of working within an office environment, having previously utilised a database/CRM; therefore you will be comfortable with managing data confidentially. To be successful in this position, you will enjoy utilising your organisational skills, as well as operating with accuracy at every opportunity. You will also need to be confident with conversing via telephone and email with individuals and therefore you will be a clear communicator as you will represent an incredible charity in a positive and professional manner.
